Your order will be dispatched after receipt of payment by parcel service or post with shipment tracking.
To which countries do we deliver?
We deliver to almost all EU countries as well as Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
Delivery Times
You will be shown the estimated delivery time during the ordering process. For standard deliveries, experience shows that the items arrive at our customers approx. 7-12 working days after handover to our delivery service provider.
Our delivery service provider will do everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please understand that there may be delays in delivery from time to time due to fluctuating delivery times (e.g. as a result of weather or traffic conditions).
Please note that the delivery date for deliveries abroad is not exactly predictable due to customs regulations and long shipping routes. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time using our contact form.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate and depend on the respective shipping weight.
They will be displayed during the order process before you place the order.
Within GERMANY the regular shipping costs per shipment are 8.50 Euro (0KG - 4KG),
11.50 Euro (4KG - 20 KG) or 16.50 Euro (20KG - 30KG).
For shipping to other EU countries we charge 18.00 Euro (0KG - 4KG), 28 Euro (4KG - 20 KG) or 38 Euro (20KG - 30KG) regular shipping costs per shipment.
The regular shipping costs to the countries SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN are 20,00 Euro (0KG - 4KG), 30,00 Euro (4KG - 20 KG) or 40,00 Euro (20KG - 30KG) per shipment.

Return and Exchange
Your satisfaction is important to us. Find out about our returns policy and what to do if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We endeavour to gain the trust of our customers and provide you with a smooth shopping experience.
Digital products are excluded from returns from the time of dispatch.
Right of Cancellation
You expressly agree that we will start executing the contract before the cancellation period expires as soon as we have received your order.
However, should you ever have a problem with an order or a delivery, please contact us with confidence. We will always find a satisfactory solution for you. You are welcome to use our contact form.
If you wish to cancel your order after your order has been confirmed, this is only possible as long as it has not yet been processed by us or has not yet been dispatched. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the following sample cancellation form.
